VITAL WorkLife is the leading mental health and well-being expert in healthcare. They support organizations with innovative solutions that are leading the way in addressing professional burnout, life challenges and barriers to seeking help.
I interact with VITAL WorkLife as a Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist. In 2023, VITAL WorkLife rebranded, spurring forth a need to not just swap out a recolored logo, but incorporate new brand elements, positioning and creative feel.
I've become known as the unofficial "Brand Police" to further integrate and strategize our new brand. I've been rebranding every piece of collateral we have, all while creating new collateral along the way.
One of my favorite projects I led was our September Suicide Awareness campaign in 2023. As part of this, I helped lead strategy and creative for a webinar, video production, lead gen campaign, article series, blog posts and client communications.
We launched a collaboration with the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to provide their Interactive Screening Program (ISP) to our clients. Our main campaign was focused on this prevention tool and promoting this as an add-on resource to current clients.
